Open the App Store on your device, go to your account settings, and select Subscriptions. Find TripSuite Pro and tap Cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase Pro. If the issue persists, go to Settings in TripSuite and tap Restore Purchases. Contact support if the problem continues.

Go to Settings inside TripSuite and select Delete Account. All your personal data and trip history will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
